Brian K. Harris

Brian was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from Irvine High School. In 1998, he received his Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, in political science from Utah State University. Brian graduated near the top of his class from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2000. During law school, he was actively engaged in the Student Bar Association and was a member of the distinguished Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.

Three months after Brian’s admittance to the Utah State Bar, he was appointed Washington County Public Defender in St. George, Utah. During this time, he learned to manage a significant caseload and sharpened his skills as a litigator. Within two years of his admittance to the Bar, Brian had successfully tried several cases to verdict.

Brian is a personal injury lawyer in Las Vegas that founded Harris & Harris Injury Lawyers in 2008. It is here that Brian has truly shown his passion for helping victims of injury accidents in Las Vegas. In recent years, Brian has recovered more than $100 million in verdicts & settlements to help his clients recover from their injuries.

Mr. Harris enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with his family. Brian is the proud father of two boys, William and Thomas.
